The objective of the project is to strengthen integrated landscape management in targeted watersheds in the Dominican Republic. The project will incentivize farmers to adopt agroforestry systems; restore and protect riverbanks, wetlands, and riparian forests; restore degraded and fragmented forest ecosystems; and diversify environmentally sustainable livelihoods.

The development objective of the Hwange-Sanyati Biological Corridor (HSBC) Project for Zimbabwe was to develop land use and resource management capacity of managers and communities in the HSBC.
