The development objective of the Hwange-Sanyati Biological Corridor (HSBC) Project for Zimbabwe was to develop land use and resource management capacity of managers and communities in the HSBC. The project comprises of four components. The first component, protected area (PA) management and community livelihoods aimed to improve management of Hwange national park and the livelihood of communities involved in stewardship of the natural resources in its buffer zone.
