The development objective of Cap-Haitien Urban Development Project for Haiti is to improve selected urban infrastructure and public spaces to support a more livable and resilient Cap-Haitien city-region. This project has four components.

The Rural Accessibility & Resilience Project aims to increase all-weather road access and improve the resilience of road networks in selected sub-regions. The project incorporates Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) into road construction efforts, enhancing climate resilience and supporting sustainable infrastructure development.
