The SL Second Inclusive and Sustainable DPF aims to improve natural resource governance, enhance inclusiveness, and strengthen public finance transparency. The project supports wetlands restoration, afforestation, and the rehabilitation of mined-out lands to promote climate resilience, carbon capture, and ecosystem restoration.
The Saint-Louis Emergency Recovery and Resilience Project aims to reduce vulnerability to coastal hazards along the Langue de Barbarie and enhance resilience planning in Saint-Louis. The project includes relocation of populations in high-risk zones, coastal risk management plans, and hybrid coastal protection measures to address erosion and improve safety and urban planning.
The development objective of the Emergency Locust Response Project (ELRP) for Eastern Africa is to respond to the threat posed by the locust outbreak and to strengthen systems for preparedness. The project comprises of five components. The first component, surveillance and control measures will strengthen the capacity of agriculture staff at the national, state, and county levels and of communities in locust-affected areas by providing appropriate equipment, technology, and training on locust identification, swarm management techniques, and damage assessment.

restoration in targeted areas of El Salvador. The project will help promote improved integrated landscape management through agroforestry activities and mangrove restoration.
The development objective of the Second Phase of the Conservation Areas (CA) for Biodiversity and Development Project for Mozambique is to improve management of target conservation area landscapes and enhance the living conditions of communities in and around these conservation areas. The project comprises of three components.
To promote integrated environmental management of selected coastal watersheds as a means to conserve biodiversity, contribute to climate change mitigation, and enhance sustainable land use. Financed subprojects included restoration of coral reef, watershed management, soil conservation, restoration of forests, and agroforestry.
The objective of the Jiangxi Poyang Lake Basin and Ecological Economic Zone Small Town Development Project for China is to improve key public services in participating small towns of Jiangxi Province through improvements to prioritized infrastructure. The project has three components. (1) Transport infrastructure improvement component will fund the construction and upgrading of about 76 km of urban and country roads including some bridges in selected counties/cities, and construction of a new urban central bus station in Gongqingcheng City.
The development objective of the Climate-Resilient and Inclusive Livelihoods Project for Republic of Congo is to strengthen landscape management and increase the use of improved livelihood activities in targeted communities. The project comprises of five components. The first component, strengthening capacity of institutions and promoting social cohesion will finance activities supporting institutional and community capacity to build inclusive livelihoods in a changing climate and ensure inclusive participation in such processes.
The development objective of the Climate Resilient Infrastructure for Urban Flood Risk Management Project for Argentina is to reduce flood risk in selected cities and improve integrated urban flood risk management in Argentina, and act effectively in case of an eligible crisis or emergency. The project comprises of four components.
The Project Development Objective is to improve protected areas management, and to promote ecotourism
opportunities and non-timber forest product value chains in the Cardamom Mountains-Tonle Sap landscape. The project aims to sustain and increase forest cover which will reduce soil erosion, maintain or improve water quality for downstream users, provide protection to farms and villages located in floodprone areas, reduce GHG emissions, and protect critical natural habitats.
