The development objective of the Espírito Santo Water Security Management Project for Brazil is to: (i) to strengthen the Borrower’s capacity to manage water security risks in a changing climate; (ii) to reduce those risks in selected areas of the Borrower’s territory; and (iii) in case of an eligible crisis or emergency, respond promptly and effectively to it.
